On Dec. 3, the North Shore Golf Course endured its annual flood. This view is from the north end of the course where Joe’s Creek passes under Northshore Parkway. This year the recorded rainfall was only 2.4 inches.

 

"What a place to build 860 tightly-packed homes",wrote Northeast Tacoma resident Gene Foster on the proposed development for the golf course located on the NE Tacoma-Federal Way border.
